About Age of Artists

Nurturing Organizational Growth.

Age of Artists develops organizations. A large part of our efforts focuses on providing concrete consulting and design services for businesses, public institutions, as well as educational and research organizations.

We are fascinated by identity building, strategy development, process design, structural formation, cultural development, and network creation in rapidly growing or fast-changing contexts. Our approach is always resource-oriented: we utilize existing assets, focus on removing obstacles, uncover hidden potential, and ensure that our clients are capable of independently managing the unfolding change. In our experience, the most sustainable solutions arise during the design process itself. This allows them to integrate seamlessly into the existing organization, preserving the value of established and still effective processes.

Shaping Progress. Developing Change.

Progress is essential to meet the urgent challenges facing humanity, to ensure the future viability of companies, and to strengthen social cohesion. For new technologies to be meaningfully connected with social innovations and integrated into existing systems and organizations in a value-creating way, they must be handled responsibly. We develop change and help organizations grow beyond themselves by enabling the capacity for action, adapting transformations to existing conditions, and offering solutions that create both economic and social value.

Artistic Intelligence for Responsible Shaping of the Future.

Innovation, transformation, and longevity – when it comes to the future, organizations can learn much from creative disciplines. The experiential training of artistic working methods enables individuals and entire teams to find better responses to complexity, acceleration, uncertainty, and volatility. Since 2014, we have been spreading this potential in organizational contexts, embedded in an international research and educational network. For us, nonprofit status is a value. Our network is involved in numerous projects, which are as diverse as they are united by one common goal: to strengthen artistic perspectives and approaches in all areas of public life in order to address urgent societal issues and ultimately improve all our lives.
