Hide in-between goals and other quality-of-life improvements

Strategy usually sits a few levels above the work. When you filter a goal view to strategic themes and initiatives, every objective and key result in between still shows up as a faded row, just to connect the two.

Hide in-between goals is a new option under Parent alignment for the Cascade and Tree layouts. Goals that don't match your filter are hidden, even when they sit between two matches, and each match moves up under its nearest matching parent. Filter by the types Strategic Theme and Initiative, for example, and your initiatives show up directly under their themes.

A small arrow in front of a moved-up goal shows that goals in between were hidden. It only changes the view: every goal keeps its real parent. While the option is on, you can't drag a moved-up goal to a new parent.

To turn it on, open the ••• menu of a goal view, go to Layout and set Parent alignment to Hide in-between goals. Existing views stay on Show full hierarchy.

We also shipped a bunch of smaller improvements and fixes: expand the sections below to see them all.
