Step 1: Familiarize yourself with Mooncamp’s platform

Step 2: Set up your workspace, teamspaces and permissions
- Clear your trial data
- Update workspace name and logo
- Create teamspaces
- Manage employee permissions
- Set up default access rights for goals
Default access rights apply to all newly created goals and do not take effect on already existing goals, therefore it is useful to set them before creating your first goals.
Step 3: Set up your integrations
- Set up data integrations to auto-update your goals
- Set up the MS Teams or Slack integration
Step 4: Establish your strategy framework
- Set up your cycles
- Set up goal properties in the property system
- Configure goal statuses
- Set up rules for goals and OKRs
Step 5: Invite employees
- Single-Sign On: Set up SSO or SAML-based SSO
- Either invite employees manually, share an invite link with them (after you created them in Mooncamp) or set up SCIM (e.g. via Azure AD) to automatically import employees
