Cristina Sees

Cristina Sees is a marketing and strategy execution expert with a strong focus on OKRs. She has worked closely with teams on how strategy is communicated, executed, and supported by the right tools, and brings deep knowledge of the OKR and strategy software landscape. A key part of her work focuses on research and studies around OKRs, goal setting, agile ways of working, and digital transformation. Outside of work, she’s interested in how culture shapes communication and decision-making, influenced by growing up between the Dominican Republic and Germany.
